Note: Your site is NOT a customised unique site (my normal rate for a custom site is $3000+). Rather, it is a pre-built template with some great starter real estate content, some pre-built landing page templates and with your name, phone number & photo added. 2) Access to me via a VIP Client Private & Hidden Facebook group, where you can ask questions, request help and get advice from me. This is the hub of the mastermind – where you can all connect, share ideas, support each other AND also get access to me. I’ll normally be available to answer questions in the group 3-5 times a week.
Note: My normal consulting rate is $250/hr + GST, so even if you only got the answer to 1 question a month from me, this is great value.
3) Weekly Q&A Webinar calls. These 60 minute calls are where I answer (live) the more complex questions you have for me, so you can hear my answers and – where appropriate – watch me demonstrate on my computer screen how to implement the step-by-step processes required to solve your issue. You’ll also get to see what your peers are doing & how well it works.
Whether it’s watching me troubleshoot a poor performing Google or Facebook ad for you, or seeing how I rewrite the copy for your landing page, or demonstrating how to build a sales funnel online, you get live access to each weekly call AND all calls are recorded and available for watching at a later time, if you are unable to make a call.

Note the following important terms & conditions:
1) You can not share your login &/or any content gained from this program with anyone else who is not a paying client (this includes your colleagues, agency management, etc.)
2) Except for the included WordPress video training modules, your website does not include free technical support.
3) If you stay a paying member in good stead for a minimum of 12 months, full ownership of the website & associated domain name is transferred to you. Should you wish to stay hosted with us AND still remain part of the Authority Agent Mastermind (weekly Q&A webinars and access to the private AAM Facebook group), then you can renew at the original price you paid. Should you wish to leave the Mastermind but still wish to keep your website, you can host your site for only $22/m (inc GST). Alternatively, if you wish to take your website and host it elsewhere, we will provide a backup of your site and you can host it anywhere else you wish.
4) This program does not include any 1-to-1 coaching or support. It is GROUP coaching, so that all members can benefit from the shared environment. I do offer paid 1-to-1 coaching or support as required at $250/hr + GST.
5) If you cancel your subscription at any time, access to the resources provided (website, FB group, Q&A webinars, additional training materials, etc.) will be removed at the end of the month your last payment covers, except as noted above (see item 3).
