You need to be thinking about how recruiters work now, and what they are looking for, as well as how to best present yourself online.
It’s no longer JUST about the resume.
Now you have to think about your public profile online.
If you google yourself, do you find things that future employers might not like?
If so, NOW is the time to do something about it, rather than when you are applying for your dream job in Real Estate.
